I just wanted to say a huge thank you for a fantastic weekend. Myself and my partner stayed with you on Saturday 20th January and ate in the restaurant. I cannot begin to tell you how fantastic we thought the room was... and the jet bath...!

Our meal on Saturday night was second to none and the breakfast on Sunday was simply the best! In fact everything was so delicious that we decided to have dinner prior to travelling home on Sunday night!

We forgot to sign the visitors book - just to say that we had a lovely meal on Sunday, staff were efficient and friendly, food excellent and the atmosphere magical. I loved my dark chocolate fondue with marshmallows - a unique idea. As for the singing lobster, I haven't laughed so much in ages - it had the whole front bar in hysterics!!

The chef very kindly said that my husband could order some Stinking Bishop cheese from him, we have not seen this to buy anywhere up here - we last had this in Wiltshire.

Thank you very much - we will most certainly be back, next time for an evening meal.
