Our menus burst with local produce, and our list of local suppliers is almost as long as our list of return visitors - from eggs to wine, vegetables to fish and meat to coffee, we use local wherever we can.

We have our own in-house smokery - perfect for smoking meats and fish - while pastry-chef Krissy handmakes our chocolates and famous granola.

Our chefs speak to local suppliers daily and if something’s particularly excellent, we look to add it to the menu.

These great ingredients are used to brilliant effect in our inclusive menus offering great options for all diets - most of our options can be made gluten-free - as well as vegan and vegetarian choices.
