Each of our 13 rooms has everything you’d expect from a luxury boutique hotel – gorgeous bed-linen, comfy beds, stunning artwork. But it’s our extra touches that make a stay at the Wensleydale Heifer so very special and keep our guests coming back again and again.

When you arrive you’ll be warmly welcomed by our lovely reception team, who will show you personally to your room. There you’ll find some lovely sweet treats waiting for you, and many of our rooms have little extra special touches which we know you’ll love.

Let us know if your stay is for a special occasion and we’ll add a lovely balloon or other little gift, on the house.

All of our overnight stays include sweet treats to enjoy in your room and our delicious (and award-winning) full Yorkshire Breakfast. There’s Temple Spa toiletries in your room too, along with tea, coffee (with fresh milk) and hot chocolate. Each room has an Alexa and all offer a hairdryer as well - we’ve tried to think of everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay.

Cancellation Policy

The Wensleydale Heifer Cancellation Policy For Room Reservations - Please take a moment to read through this.

All cancellations must be received by telephone or email or full rate will be charged.
On booking a reservation we will require your credit card details.
A £50 non-refundable deposit will be taken per room per night.
Your reservation is transferable 14 days prior to arrival & this can be done a maximum of once.
For any cancellations made after 3pm 7 days prior to your arrival - the full amount will be automatically charged by our reservation system, this cannot be reversed by our reservations team.
Any early departures will be charged in full & any no-shows will be charged in full.
